Gino approaches his role of Chief Financial Officer of Green by Nature with gratitude for the strong base laid by the company’s founding organisations. He is committed to Green by Nature pioneering a new era in the ANZ landscaping industry and being the destination for industry talent.

A running theme in Gino’s previous executive roles is his passion for developing people and business growth. He has led areas as diverse as commercial finance, M&A, corporate development, and business transformation. Gino’s sectoral experience encompasses logistics, property, hospitality, manufacturing, media, aviation, shipping, defence, and engineering.

During his 14-year tenure at Brambles, Gino held multiple key roles across both the corporate and within the operating divisions in Australia, Europe, and the USA.

Gino holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. He is also a Fellow of Certified Practicing Accountants (FCPA) and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA).

Beyond the corporate life, Gino is an avid sports enthusiast with a love for golf, running, and 5-a-side football. He’s a devoted husband and father of three, recently celebrating over two decades of marriage.
