Tomás joined Green by Nature as CEO in July 2024, bringing extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management in service sector industries with distributed workforces.

Tomás was previously CEO of the myHomecare Group, Australia’s largest provider of home care packages formed from the merger of six pioneering homecare companies. Under his leadership, the business grew strongly, established a rigorous customer focus, and delivered on its mission to provide high-quality, essential care to over 20,000 clients across Australia.

Before that Tomás was CEO of Allity Aged Care, a residential aged care provider with 45 homes and over 4,000 employees. He led the organisation through a successful period of growth and transformation despite the challenges of Covid-19 and a Royal Commission.

Prior to this, Tomás spent 15 years working in private equity and management consulting with Archer Capital, Macquarie Bank, and McKinsey across Australia, the UK, and Europe.

Tomás holds Bachelor of Arts and Master of Engineering degrees from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD.

When not running after his three children, Tomás likes to run, mountain bike, or hike through beautiful green spaces.
