Mabel Street
Green by Nature Horowhenua has successfully completed a comprehensive landscaping project at Mabel Street for Homestead Construction Ltd. The August 2023 project showcased the company’s expertise in creating sustainable and visually appealing residential outdoor spaces.
The ambitious project encompassed the complete construction of residential gardens, with the team managing the installation of 100 cubic meters of soil as the foundation. The extensive planting scheme included the careful placement of 1,120 plants, complemented by 30 cubic meters of mulch to ensure optimal growth conditions and moisture retention.
A significant component of the project involved the strategic placement of 19 trees throughout the property. Each tree was equipped with irrigation rings and supporting stakes to guarantee proper establishment and growth. The team also executed a large-scale turfing operation, meticulously levelling the ground with sand before laying 550 square meters of high-quality turf to create pristine residential lawns.
