Bluelight helps deliver an extensive range of youth programmes and activities nationally
They have a range of youth programmes and activities like life skills camps and employment, and have been doing so for over 35 years. We support this association in a variety of ways. We are a principal supporter of the “Not for Me Charitable Trust. We are also a Gold Supporter of the NZ BLue Light Foundation.
Since 2008, Green by Nature has donated 80,000 plus drink bottles to schools, sports clubs and staff sports teams. We are also involved with monthly community planting and beach cleanup days.
The goals of Blue Light are to reduce the incidence of young people becoming an offender or victim of crime as well as encouraging better relations between the Police, young people, their parents, and the community.
Blue Light aims to assist the Police to achieve its youth and community objectives by providing proactive initiatives to meet a key target market.
It does this by providing young people with positive lifestyle alternatives and strategies to avoid becoming an offender or victim of crime.
