As our Chief People Officer since January 2023, Craig’s extensive career uniquely positions him to play a pivotal role in our company’s growth and evolution.

Craig’s career highlights encompass his early formative experience with seven years at Optus Communications during the business’s startup phase, where he honed his skills in managing organisational design and change during periods of significant growth. Following this, he dedicated two decades to globally renowned companies, Coca-Cola and DP World. At both organisations, Craig led the charge in introducing innovative strategies that cultivated positive and vibrant workplace cultures. His initiatives included performance and succession programs that nurtured high-performance teams and developed future leader capabilities. This international leadership experience across multiple regions, underscore his global perspective and adaptability.

Craig’s rich experience positions him as a driving force in our journey, where his expertise in managing workforce growth, development, and change will be instrumental in shaping and strengthening our unique employee culture as the company continues to rapidly grow and evolve.

With a Bachelor of Business Degree in Human Resources Management, he blends academic knowledge with hands-on experience.
